What is SEO ?
Search engine optimisation, is the process of designing or optimising a website in such a way that it ranks highly on search engine results.
How often should my website be submitted to a Search Engine ?
Only once. In fact, some search engines penalise you for repeated submissions.
How long does it take to get a high ranking ?
This depends on many factors, the main ones being how competitive your area of the internet is and the effectiveness of your SEO campaign. Broader or multi-phrase keywords will help, as will a thorough analysis of your competition. Both of which we provide detailed reports on.
Can we just have the £100 Report and do the rest ourselves ?
Yes, we have a Starter Package that does just that. To be effective though, you would need to implement all the recommendations within the report and do all the website optimisations.
Are there any on-going costs ?
If you order the DIY package, we will send you a fresh SEO report every month, detailing your current ranking, your competitor analysis, your link scoring and any other website optimisations that need doing. This costs £50 per month.
For £100 per month, we will still send you the reports, but also carry out all the work. Remember, with the Managed Package you only pay while you remain in the Top 10 on Google.
Why do you only offer a Guarantee with the Managed Package ?
Because this is the only package where WE do the optimisations ourselves. We can not guarantee work done by someone else.
What optimisations do you do ?
Lots. There are many elements to a website that affect your rankings, including page title, headings, meta tags, alt tags, links, bold text and the frequency and positioning of keywords on your page. We use sophisticated tools to score each element and align them to the major search engine algorithms.
Are we tied in to a contract?
No, if you go for the DIY or Managed Package we work on a rolling 1 month basis which you can cancel at any time.
Will we definitely get in the Top 10 of Google ?
No. We will do our best, but there are rare occasions that your area of the internet is so competitive that although we improve your rankings we may not get to the top. However, if you've opted for the Managed Package, we will give you 100% of your MONEY BACK. So, we are taking the risk on your behalf.
What do you need to do our SEO ?
We will need access and FTP details to your website, if we are doing the optimisations for you. Your hosting company should have these details.
I already have a website, can you still help ?
Of course. Most of our clients already have websites, but not enough visitors.
Will our website look the same ?
There maybe some slight changes needed to accommodate the optimisation of visible elements on your site, for example we may need to tweak the positioning & frequency of keywords. Where possible however, we will try and maintain the look and feel of your site. We always take backups of your original site and seek approval before making major changes. Sites using frames often need re-designing as they aren't SEO friendly.
I don't have a website, can you make us one ?
Yes, Mr Google is a subsidiary of

What happens when you get us a high rank ?
While you celebrate and start dealing with the extra visitors you'll get, we continue working to keep abreast of the search engine algorithms and your competition. SEO isn't a one hit deal, it takes work to get you to the top, and it takes work to keep you at the top.
